If you are facing any sort of hormonal change, these are the essential oils you need to have! As women, our hormones as changing every single day. A key to knowing our body is in a healthy state, is when we have our menstrual cycle. These are the key essential oils for women.
I didn’t want you to feel that you had to have every single oil. These are great essential oils to have in your arsenal as a woman (or for the women in your life).
The most effective way to use these oils is in a roller ball. I love to roll it right over my lower stomach. However, you can roll it onto your throat near the thyroid, the bottoms of your feet, or on your sacral chakra.
No matter where you roll it on, it will eventually get into the bloodstream. These are great remedies to have, but it doesn’t replace treatment from your physician.
When googling female hormone support, the first essential oil that’ll pop up is clary sage. This is also the #1 oil in any women’s blend too. It has been beneficial for those with endometriosis, breast cancer, PMS, menopause, child birth, milk supply, and postpartum depression. Clary sage is truly an oil for women. The ways to use it are internally in a veggie cap or topically.
The other benefits of clary sage are:

Similarly to the oil above, ylang ylang is another common oil in women’s blends. A lot of women use this oil not only for hormones, but for libido. Birth control or menopause can be a number on your libido. Another uses for ylang ylang is infertility, hormone imbalances, emotional balance, and hair loss. The ways to use it are internally in a veggie cap or glass of water, topically, and/or aromatically.

Pretty much all of the floral essential oils do wonders for women’s health. However, geranium is not only the most affordable, but it just smells so good. Similarly to clary sage, geranium aids in remedying PMS, hormone imbalances, low libido, and emotional balance. You can either consume it in a veggie cap, rub on your lower stomach, or diffuse it!
