Heey! My name is Sara B
All throughout my life, I always saw myself as the “fat girl”. I wanted to be skinny so badly I did everything and anything to do so. I did cardio everyday for an hour plus, restricted my calories to only diet foods, and was constantly miserable. It wasn’t until the end high school, that all those restrictions manifested as constant bloating and constipation. I couldn’t wear my favorite jeans anymore.. I was embarrassed to be naked in front of my boyfriend. I was so uncomfortable in my skin, I didn’t know who I was anymore.
Finally I was tired of being bloated, constipated, and don’t even get me started on the gas. I took a deep dive into health and wellness. I switched my major in college and became certified as a health coach to get as much info as possible. I understood the importance of a whole foods based diet, that I didn’t need to do 60 mins of exercise, and by uncovering my traumas I could fully heal. Through my own journey, I found my passion in women who were just like me not too long ago. I am driven to help women like yourself solve your constant bloating and whatever else it takes to make you feel confident every damn day.
My philosophy is to help all women overcome their bloating to live life with confidence. I cannot tell how many times I wouldn’t wear a certain outfit or be intimate with my boyfriend because of my bloating.
As a holistic health coach, there is often something deeper triggering your physical symptoms. By switching to a paleo-based diet, tweaking your supplements, assessing your exercise routine, and uncovering your traumas we are able to cultivate the life you deserve!
My purpose is to help you change your life by giving you the tools to do so. I believe each person deserves to have a unique experience that helps you to dive deep and connect to your highest self. Healing isn’t only about food and exercise. It is a multi-faceted process that includes mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness.
